FAQ's

Question:  Can I change my order once it is placed?
Answer:  Yes but you need to notify us the same day after placing the order as we generally process all orders as soon as we can.  You can do this by by email to kathy@dancefabrics.co.nz or Text to either Kathy (021 118 48070 or Karyn (021 149 6895). Once the order has been processed and payment received we are unable to change the order. 
Question:  A fabric I would like to purchase is on back order, can I still buy it?
Answer:  Yes, you can still purchase a fabric on back order. You just need to put in the quantity you require. We will contact you to confirm your order and let you know how long until it arrives. By purchasing an item on back order the fabric will be automatically reserved for you first.
Question:  What is the minimum fabric quantity that I can purchase?
Answer:  The minimum quantity we cut is 0.2 of a metre (20cm) and then it increases in increments of 0.1 of a mertre (10cm). For example if you want 1.3 metres of a fabric just type in 1.3 in the quantity box. 
Question:  How long before my order will be sent? NZ customers
Answer:  Generally all orders received will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. We use Courier Post for delivery of your orders, they generally advise that it takes 1-2 business days after pick up. Rural  Delivery can take an extra day. 

Question:  Can I pick up my order from the store/warehouse?
Answer:  Yes you can, just text Kathy or Karyn to arrange a time to pick up your purchases.

Question:  I live overseas, how soon will I get my order?
Answer:  We Generally pack and send the goods within 24 hours of the order. Depending on your location you will receive your parcel within 3-10 days. We use economy post. If you require a more Urgent option we can organise this and advise the extra cost.
